SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to ship out your order the same day, being in the hobby ourselves we understand how frustrating it can be to wait on delivery so we do everything we can to get your order filled as soon as possible. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to arrive for any in stock items. Please note special order items may take longer. *Super Trees and Super Tree Starter packs, due to their size we may charge an additional $7 for shipping on orders containing super trees.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
